How to rent a car ?

01	On a Friday at 4 pm, the weather forecast announces a beautiful weekend, so I decide to take a trip with my wife.
02	I call « Gentleman Luxury Car ».
03	I express my desire to rent a vehicle quickly. They offer me some available cars : Ferrari F 430 Spider , Porsche 911 Carrera 2S Convertible, Lamborghini Gallardo Spider or 4x4 Porsche Cayenne. To take advantage of the nice weather, I choose a Lamborghini Gallardo Spider and its legendary V10.
04	I give them my name, address and when I want the car delivered.
05	I also give them my Credit Card number, expiration date and the cryptogram (the last three numbers on the back) to reserve the vehicle with a deductible.
06	An hour later Gentleman Luxury Car delivers my car at my house as was agreed upon.
07	The vehicle arrives clean with a full tank and documentation in glove compartment.
08	Now it is time to prepare our rental documents, I must show my ID to the rental agent, as well as my driving licence and the credit card.
09	After an explanation, I sign the rental contract, general conditions and the receipt for the deductible.
10	Their portable banking terminal debits the rental amount on the spot.
11	« Gentleman Luxury Car » explains to me all the functions of the vehicle.
12	We establish an inventory of fixtures of the vehicle and we raise the mileage.
13	We sign a mutual agreement.
14	We agree on a schedule of return Sunday evening at my residence.
15	The rental agent gives me his calling card.
16	Sunday evening, when I come home, the rental agent is waiting near my house. He helps me with my luggage.
17	We fill the inventory of fixtures for the return of the vehicle and note that there are no damages and that the mileage has not been exceeded.
18	I return the keys and I shall receive the invoice 5 days later in total discretion and at the address I have asked it to be sent to.
